Hello everyone, this is just a quick post in regards to me trying myprotein’s chocolate pancakes for my desert tonight!
I used the recommended 2 scoops, but chose to use almond milk instead of regular, and they still came out fine. The chocolate flavor is really rather pleasant, and tastes similar to the protein shake mix. The pancakes themselves really rise and come out spongy, not sure if this is because I used a hand blender to mix? either way they were very filling, and I found the thicker pancakes came out the nicest. Tonight I topped mine with half a chopped banana, a drizzle of honey and my absolute favorite myprotein peanut butter, to add a bit of moisture!
