3 tea spoons of coconut oil
1 egg beaten
100g self raising flour
1 scoop protein powder (i used chocolate)
Milk (enough to make the mixture moist)
Add all the mixture into a bowl and mix, add enough milk until the mixture is moist enough to roll into balls. Grease a baking tray with coconut oil and squash the balls until flat. Bake for 20 minutes at 150 C. Then enjoy 🙂
