I just whipped up a little late night dinner and with it made some creamed spinich in a sauce that was vegetable flavoured rather than cheese, and was still nice!
Put half a cup of soya milk into a pan and heat on a low setting, when warm add half a vegetable stock cube and heat and stir until it dissolves. Then slowly add 2 teaspoons of plain flour and whisk as you don’t want any lumps! Then add as much spinich as you want and heat through, all done! Enjoy 🙂
