Try dry frying cashew nuts and adding them to your vegetables for a nice crunch!
If you get bored of herbal tea, try a vegetable stock cube, their really quite tasty and can be filling aswell!
For a quick meal with 0 meal prep, try tinned bean, lentils, tinned veg such as sweetcorn or peas, mixed with packeted pasta sauce. Serve this medley with heated packeted grains. Its a good idea to keep these tinned/ packeted foods in case you come home tired, anddon’t want to get a takeaway/ eat unhealthily. Its a good idea to freeze meals such as homemade soups or cottage pie ect. But these take longer to defrost!
If you are trying to do a teatox and cut back on tea and coffee opting for herbal, try taking a herbal tea bag around with you/ keep one in your bag, just in case.
Have a glass of coconut water after a workout for quick rehydration.
