Try sesame snaps as a low fat snack, they come in various flavours and are a great alternative to sweets.
Try using a teaspoon to eat foods such as fruit and yoghurt, because it takes longer to eat the meal and you are more likely to feel full at the end!
I buy frozen mixed forest berries and put them in a mixer cup over night in the fridge to defrost. Then in the morning i simply add yoghurt and water, blend, and go! Easy way to make a smoothie without the hassle of having to constantly buy fruit that goes off quickly!
In these cold times its nice to have some comfort food, try healthy beans on toast: Toasted rye bread, low fat baked beans and grated soya or parmasan cheese ❄️
Don’t let people pick with comments at your food, such as ‘ooh trying to be healthy’ or ‘that looks disgusting’, simply reply with ‘Actually I like eating it’. Similarly dont feel roped in to eating unhealthily by peer pressure, what you eat is your own decision, however weird your food combinations are!
