My Yummy Scrummy Healthy Sundae 

Heya guys, just thought id post one of my healthy bedtime snacks, its a really healthy alternative especially if you have a sweet tooth! Enjoy 🙂

1. 1/2 A chopped banana

2. 1 teaspoon of myprotein peanut butter (its 100% ground peanuts)

3. 1 chopped kiwi

4. 1 Grated apple

5. 4 tablespoons of Alpro soya yogurt/ natural yogurt

6. 2 Tablespoons of granola

7. A handful of dried fruit (such as chopped dates or apricots)

8. Toasted in ground almonds

9. Drizzled in honey
