Beat the bloat smoothie 

After a weekend away which consisted of the occational take-away, I thought I would kick start my monday morning with my beat the bloat smoothie. Heres the recipe bellow, let me know what you think (it does look very green!!)

1/2 Avocado

1 handful of spinich leaves

1 Tps of honey

4 Tbs of natural yoghurt/ alpro soya yoghurt

1 handful of blueberries

2 Tbs of ground almonds (this does make the smoothie a bit grainy, but I like to add these for protein and vitamin E)

300ml of water
